At Relay Rose, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange but we’ll always do our best to assist you!
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging. Please note that if we detect tear or damage during the inspection, this will void your refund guarantee.

To process your return, we’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase, so please keep it handy.

Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, simply email us at contact us sales@relayrose.co.uk.
Gifts
If you received the item as a gift and it was sent directly to you, we’ll provide a gift credit once the returned item is received. If the gift wasn’t shipped to you directly, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your item, please send it to: Relay Rose, 46 Fonthill Road, Finsbury Park, London, N4 3HP or alternatively return in store.
You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
